He helps ensure our clients are positioned the way sophisticated acquirers underwrite opportunities—pressure-testing the story, identifying diligence gaps early, and translating operational realities into the metrics and narratives buyers expect to see.Alejandro brings over a decade of experience across M&A, corporate strategy, and operations. Prior to working with GrowPCG, he was a Director at Fanatics, where he supported corporate strategy and M&A initiatives that helped expand the company’s product footprint and strategic growth priorities.
Earlier in his career, Alejandro worked in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division, advising Fortune 500 companies and high-growth businesses on M&A transactions and strategic alternatives. This blend of transaction exposure and operator-minded thinking makes him a critical resource as we align our sell-side readiness and positioning with institutional buyer expectations.Entrepreneurship has also been a throughline in Alejandro’s career. He founded and scaled Pierre Henry Socks, a direct-to-consumer brand that sold over 200,000 pairs globally, giving him firsthand appreciation for what it takes to build a business from the ground up—along with the realities owners face when preparing for a strategic transition.Alejandro holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from NYU Stern.
